Real life samples & catalogues are available to view prior to production.  (For a limited time & Subject to change). Please note these catalogues are on Fine Art paper & must be returned in good order by pre paid courier if you are outside Auckland unless you are an Interior Designer & need to keep a catalogue for your customers - this can be discussed.

Q: IS IT ALL JULINDA'S WORK?

A: Yes all the photos are by one photographer.

Q: CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASE?

A: If you are in the central Auckland area, picking up may be possible, please enquire.

Q: CAN YOU CHOOSE FOR ME - I HAVE AN APARTMENT/BUILDING/NEW HOUSE

A: Absolutely - simply send a photo of the interior or schedule a visit, if you are in Auckland.

Q: Can you make a large black frame in the same/similar dimensions & style as the large white frame? - (see products & frames section).

A: Yes

Q: CAN I BUY A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

A: No.  You can not buy a download or make copies of your print.  However if you would like to use a photo from Fine Art Photos on a format that is not offered in the products section, there are many other formats that Fine Art Photos can produce. 

For commercial use photos - please contact, the photos here are not for commercial use but there may be similar photos available which are suitable for your needs. For commercial use, reproduction or postcards, please ask.

Q: CAN MY GIFT BE SENT TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ADDRESS?

A: Yes.  your gift can be sent to a street address which is different to the billing address. Just be sure to put your recipients name and address in the Checkout field & ensure the email address is yours NOT the recipients' so billing receipts go to you. Also, please write a comment 'GIFT do not include invoice', in the comment field to ensure a physical invoice is not sent to your recipient.

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY PRINT LAST

A: If taken care of & out of the sun it should last up to 100 years.  Or at least decades if in room with natural light it depends on the nature of the interior you are using & on other factors such as how often you close the blinds/curtains.  Archival backing & a high quality frame is used to help with the longevity of your print. (Unless otherwise requested/specified).

Q: CAN I HAVE ACRYLIC INSTEAD OF GLASS

A: Yes please enquire.

Q: CAN I HAVE AN ACID FREE BACKING INSTEAD OF ARCHIVAL

A: Yes & this will reduce the cost slightly. (& The quality is reduced somewhat).

Q:  CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

A: Once your order has been paid for, cancellation is not possible as production usually will have started. Any change to your order usually needs to be requested quickly after your order confirmation has been received. If you change your mind please get in contact without delay, no guarantee of changing or cancelling your order can be given.  If you are not sure what to buy, or would like to see something before buying. please ask if there is a stockist near you or contact to discuss what will suit your interior.  We are happy to meet you in Auckland or receive pictures of your interior to assist during the buying process.

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?

A: All orders are packaged with care. However, if you feel you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged due to a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or damaged by the user are not considered to be faulty. In accordance with Fair Trading legislation, where possible, we will offer to repair or replace faulty items. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: HOW DO I USE A GIFT VOUCHER OR PROMO CODE?

A: To redeem a code from an offer or a Gift Voucher, enter your code into the promotional code box, on the Shopping Bag page. Please note any promotional terms associated with the code will apply.

Q: CAN I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE TO BUY A GIFT VOUCHER?

A: Generally promotional codes can only be used for framed prints, unless the code you have, has allowed Gift Vouchers to be purchased as part of a promotion.

Q: FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED?

A: You can use credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or bank deposit.  Interest free finance is available to approved applicants.

Q: DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

A: Please leave a comment on the check out field if it is a gift.
Generally due to the nature of shipping large items are difficult to wrap while being dispatched.
However a hand written card looks great. & Shipping is very presentable & looks exciting when unwrapped. The smallest size offered does come in a beautiful timber wood box & this size does makes a great gift!  If you have an important celebration, please leave a comment upon checkout.  Or arrange to have it shipped to you first so you can adorn it with a bow or something similar.

Q:  CAN YOU WRITE A MESSAGE IN A GREETING CARD?

A: Yes. After choosing the card you would like to buy and finishing your order, at the Checkout page write your message in the Comments field and we will hand write your message on your chosen card.

Q:  CAN YOU SEND TO PO BOXES?

A: Not normally.  You will need to pre arrange with your local post shop to accept a delivery & confirm the street address & specific instructions & confirm this has been done.
